Welcome to Fleet Refresh Mobile Car Wash and Detailing Services ("Fleet Refresh," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking an appointment or accepting our services in any way, shape, or form, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). SERVICES

Fleet Refresh provides mobile car wash and detailing services ("Services") in Staten Island, Brooklyn, and Queens. Our Services include:

Interior and Exterior Car Wash
Wheel and Rim Wash + Dressing
Bug and Tar Removal
Deep Interior Vacuuming
Full Detailing Services (e.g., Comprehensive Interior/Exterior Detailing, Scuff/Scratch/Stain Removal, Odor Removal, 3-Step Treatment: Clay Bar, Polish, Wax)
Monthly Subscription Plans

SUBSCRIPTION

Subscribing to our services involves:

Agreement to these Terms of Service.
Providing a valid payment method for billing purposes.
Automatic processing of payments based on the selected subscription plan.

BILLING AND PAYMENT

Payment Method:

Subscribers must provide a valid payment method for billing purposes.
Payments will be processed automatically as per the subscription plan.

Failed Payments:

If a payment fails, subscribers will be notified, and payment attempts will be made. Subscription access may be temporarily suspended in case of prolonged payment failure.

SERVICE LIMITATIONS

Fleet Refresh is not liable for any damages to vehicles during the service or while moving them from one position to another.

Debris Responsibility:

Fleet Refresh is not responsible for any debris left on the vehicle after completing the service.

FORCE MAJEURE

Fleet Refresh shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, riot, war, civil unrest, flood, earthquake, fire, strike, lockout, epidemic, pandemic, or any other event beyond reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event").

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Fleet Refresh reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or notifying you via email. Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the terms.

NO WAIVER

The failure by Fleet Refresh to enforce any part of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to later enforce that or any other part of these Terms. Waiver of compliance in any particular instance does not mean that we will waive compliance in the future.

ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign any of your rights and obligations under these Terms to any other party without the prior written consent of Fleet Refresh. Fleet Refresh may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party at its discretion.

The headings used in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the provisions contained herein.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Fleet Refresh regarding your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements, whether written or oral.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
